Returns
Returns can be made within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
Before you return the goods, please send us a short email with information about your return at the address madelle@madelle.pl
Returned items can’t have traces of use. Please return the goods with the original receipt, label attached and the filled-out return form (your name, surname, order number, returned product).

Within 7 days after receiving the items, we will refund you via PAY PAL.
Complaints
If the product you ordered has a defect, you can file a complaint.
Complaints should be submitted by e-mail to the address madelle@madelle.pl . Please provide us with the following details: your name and surname, order number, detailed description of the defect, the proposed method of compensation (refund or exchange for a new product) and attached photos.
Then please send us back the product. Please write “complaint” at the parcel.

We will process your complaint within 14 business days from the date of receiving the parcel. We will provide you with e-mail information about the management of your complaint.
